MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, you can edit your selection at any time by clicking on view basket. When you are finished, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted and a contract formed.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping And Handling All orders within the UK mainland free of charge. All orders are dispatched by UPS or Royal Mail and require a signature on receipt.
Delivery Schedule We process your order right away and will normally send your order to you in one or two business days. Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the company shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Will I be charged for taxes?
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
What is your returns policy?
